• In this section we’ll cover how to develop the best experience possible for your clients
• Understanding how having the best environment is why people are willing to drive the extra mile or pay that extra dollar to go to your gym

Building a Team

• 30 minute video and 30 minute lesson review
• You will learn to find, train, and develop your staff to grow your brand
• Define what the required positions are that you need to hire and what they will be responsible for to build a successful gym

Structure and Coaching

• 1 hour 10 minute video and 2 hours practice
• Learn how to create a curriculum using your teachings
• Learn how to design your classes at your gym and how to group clients depending on their goals

• 30 minute personality numbers review and 1 hour using personality numbers during training
• How to hold conversations with your athletes based on where they are in their journey

Closing Session

• Share closing thoughts
